Your QueenB Crownz extensions will be shipped from our shipping facility in South Florida (USA). All orders are processed within 24 hours. We process orders 6 days a week. We ship orders 5 days a week.
PAYMENT PROCESSING AND SECURITY
We accept the following the credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Sezzle Payments.
All transactions are processed through PayPal and/or Sezzle (encrypted third party-payment processors). None of your credit card information is saved or stored by QueenB Crownz LLC.
ORDER TRACKING
Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email (i.e., order number, order details, etc.). You will then receive a second email once the order has shipped. This email will include the tracking number as a well as link to track the status of your shipment.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (Shipping to USA)
All orders shipped to a USA address will be shipped USPS Priority mail with signature confirmation. Signature confirmation helps to protect your investment in premium human hair extensions by requiring a signature from the person accepting the package. (This eliminates the risk of your package being stolen from your door/mailbox).
Depending on the final destination of your package, we estimate 2-4 business days for delivery.
Example Order: You place your order on Monday, it should ship on Tuesday, and we estimate it should arrive between Thursday and Saturday (excluding holidays, depending on your delivery address).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Shipping outside of USA)
All international orders are shipped DHL or FedEx. International customers are responsible for paying any and all import taxes and fees imposed by the local Customs agency. These fees are not included on the prices on our website. Depending on the final destination of your international order, we estimate seven to ten business days for delivery. We are not responsible for any delays that may be caused by the customs clearance process.
