Similar to many other hair companies, given the hygienic nature of human hair we do not offer refunds. If your order is incorrect or you are not satisfied with your order upon initial inspection (prior to altering and/or installing the hair), please see our exchange policy below.

IS THERE AN EXCHANGE POLICY?
Yes. We stand behind our premium virgin hair extensions; however, we realize that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. In order to qualify for an exchange the hair must be in its original condition (with all original packaging). The hair cannot be altered at all. Alterations include, but are not limited to, cutting, coloring, washing, combing, or brushing.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
You have 7 days from the date you receive the product to make an exchange.
WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR MY EXHANGE?
We do! We take pride in providing premium virgin hair extensions. If you need to exchange the product, contact us first, and we’ll give you shipping instructions on how to return the product back to us.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY NEW HAIR EXTENSIONS?
Once QueenB Crownz receives your returned product, we will inspect the product to see if it has been altered. Once we have confirmed the hair has been unaltered, we will send you your new hair extensions.
CAN I SEND THE PRODUCT BACK BEFORE CONTACTED YOU?
No. You must contact us first. Any orders sent back prior to contacting us will be denied.
